Urban parks, often referred to as the “lungs of a city“, are vital components of urban settings. Despite being labelled as green spaces, they encompass more than just plants and vegetation; they also include elements such as stones, water and various animals. Birds, in particular, are frequently cited for their ability to fascinate and restore depleted minds.
Additionally, water features, including waterfronts, coasts and rivers, constitute essential natural environments in urban areas. They are often perceived as soothing and cooling elements. Engaging with nature is a multisensory experience that can positively stimulate all oursenses.
