Mycotoxin producing Fusarium species in oats during the growing season

Abstract

The objective of the study was to map the mycotoxin producing Fusarium species in oats during the growing season. The occurrence of Fusarium species was investigated in different plant parts by PCR with species specific primers. Mycotoxin content in grain was also analyzed.
