Abstract

The physicochemical cell surface study and adhesive properties indicated distinct surface properties of Lactobacillus rhamnosus strain KL37B with high adhesive abilities to Caco-2 cells, hydrophobicity and slime production, in comparison to other Lactobacillus strains used as controls.
