Abstract

Spider silk has for long been studied for its remarkable biomechanical properties. In particular, much effort has been devoted to isolating coding sequences of different spider silk proteins. This paper aims at discussing the linking of nucleotide sequences - translated into amino acid sequences - to specific biomechanical qualities
