Mojica-Benavides, M.; Herrera, A.; Rising, A.; Graeter, F.; Adiels, C.B.

Abstract

Spider silk is a protein-based composition containing a flexible amorphous and a stiff crystalline phase. We present the use of microfluidics coupled with optical tweezers to study the required conditions for micro-fibers formation.
