Abstract

Water soluble proteins and globulins from different genotypes of sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) seeds were analyzed by electrophoresis in 12.5 % SDS-PAAG. The results indicated presence of polymorphism and heterogeneity by component composition and intensity of bands. It was determined that different hybrids have a common range of heterogeneity, which has differences by its range intensity and band composition and, also, with heterogeneity characteristic for hybrids. The phenomenon of hybrid vigor was revealed for all of the studied hybrids. There were identified zones of studied electrophoretic spectrum that may be used as protein markers
