Abstract

In February 9-11, 1988, a conference on reduced cultivation was arranged in Horsens, Denmark. In 29 lectures and posters, the results of research on reduced cultivation in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden were summarized. The program included 7 sessions with different sub-themes related to reduced cultivation: soil physical aspect; chemical and biological aspects; crop rotation, plant pathology and weed problems; experiences with different growing systems; machinery, energy- and labor input and economical aspects
