Abstract
The present invention relates to the field of production of proteins and polypeptides, and more specifically to
production of spider silk proteins (spidroins) and other, non-spidroin proteins and polypeptides. The present invention
provides a method of producing a desired non-spidroin protein/polypeptide. There is also provided novel fusion protein
intermediates for production of the desired proteins and polypeptides as well as polynucleic acid molecules encoding
these intermediates.
