The model presented in this book focuses on how to design new and improve existing green spaces so they can offer certain recreational values. The experienced values, or perceived sensory dimensions (PSD), preferred by people to different degrees, are depending on their state of mind. Used in an appropriate way, PSDs can help to improve the mental health of the population.
