SNIP1: Myc's new helper in transcriptional activation

Sammanfattning

c-Myc regulates target genes by engaging a number of transcriptional cofactors. In a recent issue of Molecular Cell, Fuji et al. (2006) showed that the FHA-domain protein SNIP1 is an important c-Myc coactivator that regulates c-Myc stability and is overexpressed in many tumors.
