Abstract

SLU researcher Ingrid Strid will give a popular science lecture on food waste. By combining knowledge from scientific studies and experiences from dumpster diving, researcher Ingrid Strid shares some facts and thoughts about the ongoing problem with food waste and its possible solutions in a Swedish context.
